Refund policy

Purchased return are only offered for damage or defective item. You have the right to open package and check the condition of the item. It can be return or refund within 5 days after receiving the item. The faulty product shall be returned beforehand. Item must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed. Please take picture of the damages and email us theflow.instore@gmail.com .

After receiving the faulty product, we will investigate the issue and will send you an email once ensure the fault. We will ship the same item in exchange or full refund if preferred. We will compensate the shipping cost of returning product (excluding payment gateway's processing fee). Please send the return package with a traceable service so it can be located. The package must be marked 'Returned Goods' to avoid any custom charges if the item returning from outside of Malaysia.
