Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. All packages are shipped from Malaysia. All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced. After an order is confirmed, the order will be shipped in 5-7 working days from Malaysia (excluding weekend and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order is shipped. We DO NOT bear for any loss and damage by the situation that is out of control. We are also not responsible for any delays by the postal service, courier or custom agencies. 

Citylink Express is our main postal service in Malaysia.

For International, we use SF Global Express and other available postal services.
